Workday Project Manager.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager that has Workday implementation experience. Implementing Workday –a sole resource to guide them through implementation. Financials first, then HCM, then supply chain. Our client would like the same resource through the whole process….Financials experience as a PM is most important.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of ERP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. (50%)
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. (15%)
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including project teams, budgets, and timelines, to ensure project success. (5%)
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery. Proactively address issues and implement solutions. (5%)
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate the smooth transition to new ERP systems and processes. Ensure effective communication and training for all stakeholders. (5%)
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. (5%)
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including status reports, progress metrics, and performance evaluations. (5%)
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with ERP vendors to ensure project requirements are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled. (10%)
